I first met Andrew through a recommendation in the 2003 - 2004 timeframe when I was in the market to purchase a new home in the Seattle area. During this particular time in the Seattle market, inventories were low and it was a very competitive marketplace. Andrew spent a great deal of time strategically working with me to find the perfect home.
